Squee!!! Kokoro, I adore those sweet little Raggie meows and mews... you're entirely irresistible! (Since my baby doesn't go outside, he makes them when he wants something else... lovin', sink water, or some play time. And, just like you, Koko, that adorable voice gets him pretty much whatever he wants. ;))
